LoDEBAR Youth Renewal Center Ministries, LLC is a faith-based nonprofit in Kansas City, Missouri, focused on positively impacting marginalized urban youth and their families. Founded by Zanetta Moore, the organization serves as a refuge for young people facing neglect, providing opportunities for restoration and empowerment.

Zanetta's story exemplifies both resilience and the transformative potential of purpose amid adversity. Raised in Des Moines, Iowa, within a faith-oriented Church of God in Christ community, she confronted significant challenges from an early age, including surviving a life-threatening house fire at the age of three and navigating the complexities of a single-parent household. These formative experiences have instilled in her an unwavering commitment to supporting urban youth who contend with systemic barriers such as discrimination, trauma, and social isolation.

Zanetta is a dedicated mother and caregiver with a profound passion for nurturing children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resource Management, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, and a graduate certification in Human Resource Management. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctor of Theology. Zanetta is also an accomplished author, with published works that include "Tears in Heaven: Arising from the Ashes" and the forthcoming "The Mother's Cross: Unspoken Truths of Letting Go." The latter addresses the challenges faced by families with incarcerated loved ones, underscoring her commitment to advocacy and healing within her community.
